We are very grateful to you and all the carers we were able to host at home, as this was the only way we could care for our father at home. The carers were always attentive and were able to adapt quickly to any situation. Even when changes were made at short notice, continuous care was always guaranteed.

Unfortunately, the person we were looking after died on the day of arrival, but the whole organization in advance was excellent, fast, competent and extremely kind.

The contact was quick and easy, very friendly, professional and competent. I can only give an unreserved recommendation.

I was advised quickly, competently and helpfully in a personal emergency situation. A caregiver was able to arrive after only 2 days. Everything is transparent. I am really very satisfied and if you ever have questions, there is always a contact person. I can definitely recommend Pflegehelden 100%!

For most nursing heroines, it was more than just a job. Often it was a calling. The care was always very good, with one exception, and almost all of the Pflegeheldinnen who were with my parents knew German well or very well. I found that very important. In the other case, there were occasionally, especially in the beginning, some misunderstandings and situations that led to insecurities on both sides.

Caring for loved ones can become a challenge when the need for care increases beyond what is affordable for the environment. Completely unaware and without experience on the subject of home care and support, we turned to the Pflegehelden. After 2 years of cooperation with Pflegehelden and an increase in the need for care, we now know how valuable it is to have a reliable and experienced agency at our side. The team of Pflegehelden stood by us professionally and at the same time empathetically from the beginning. They helped us a lot to find our way around the topic of "home care". Especially with our first caregiver, we as relatives were definitely still very uncertain and it was important to show us a good way with the right intuition. The quite frequent contact to the Pflegehelden is always very pleasant, friendly and always solution-oriented. Especially Ms. Sara Harbili is always very eager to find the right caregiver for us, so that a seamless care can be guaranteed. All suggested caregivers were and are a good to very good fit for us. We felt very well supported at all times, the staff attended to our concerns immediately and dealt with them shortly.

I can highly recommend Pflegehelden with a clear conscience. One thing must be said: It is not cheap to get a caregiver into the house. We have also had no experience with other providers. But we were very satisfied all around.
It starts with the quick arrangement: one phone call, and in no time at all an interview took place at our home, I mean on the next working day or the day after. We were given a few people to choose from and in less than a week we had a caregiver in our home.
She excelled with a perfect blend of nursing expertise, high empathy and absolute reliability. We laughed together ...and cried together - when our father in need of care was dying. Our caregiver became a part of our family.

Also, the substitution that was made for her (in our case only for a short time, since after a short time it was clear "our" force would only take a short break for recovery and then come back to us) was an absolute stroke of luck!
We had heard again and again that you can also have bad luck with the staff. So with us, 2 out of 2 people were a straight 1!
And also the exchange with the agency in case of questions was absolutely fast and flawless and besides that also cordial. If someone asks us sometime for a good care agency, we will call the care heroes!
