Really with brain and heart in the matter
We worked with Alexander to find a rental property in the 18. District. The quality of service and care was outstanding from our first meeting to the hand over of keys.
The property was not cheap - but we felt ultimately fair. Which is fair.
Alexander was super responsive and available throughout the process.
He never tried to oversell or push unusual clauses.
He was open about any shortcomings of the property (minor) .
He relayed our requests to the landlord - and brokered very effectively.
