Mr. Sokal was very competent and friendly, one immediately gained trust in him.
He knew all the details about the property visited and also showed the adjoining rooms (parking lot, garage, common room) without prompting. I can only report positive things about the visit!
The object was exactly as described in the exposé, small defects were immediately pointed out and the pricing seems very fair to me. So a visit should always run!

In particular, the perfect handover service should be emphasized, both when taking over from the existing tenant and when handing over to the new tenant. Especially for me as someone who has no experience with handover protocols, defect surveys, meter readings, this was a far beyond the "only" looking for a new tenant extremely pleasant.
