The employees worked very professionally, thoroughly and cleanly. The result meets my expectations. Thanks to Polster Glanz, the couch is like new again. The staff were polite, correct and helpful. My conclusion: I'll be back next year and give them two thumbs up.

Hello, I am very satisfied because the upholstery looks almost like new again. I had them cleaned many years ago and was also very satisfied. Even the creases where dirt has accumulated have been cleaned perfectly. The recamiere looks like it has just been bought. And that after many years of use. Thank you very much!

After 20 years of use with 7 cats, our sofa was ready for the garbage can.
Now it's like new and beige again, it's hard to believe how clean it is.
The guys did a great job, were friendly and quick.

We had the Hamburg team with us, two well-groomed, polite young men with super professional expertise. They worked quickly, cleanly and accurately. The cleaning agents are almost odorless, but the machine is quite loud. Nevertheless, our cats did not feel disturbed.
We have furniture with linen covers, but this was not a problem for them.
When we asked if they would also clean our couch (which wasn't actually planned), they hesitated for a moment. The price was quickly calculated and off they went.
We will now be booking Polster Glanz regularly, because the results are impressive.
I will also book the team for carpet cleaning for my daycare center.

Very good service, reliable and punctual! Everything was great from the first phone call and consultation to making the appointment. The employee on site was punctual, announced an hour in advance and did a really great job.
Recommendation rate 100%.
It's amazing what kind of dirty water can be removed from the couch after a year. Despite not frequent use. From now on, we will have our upholstery cleaned every few years and will stick with Polsterglanz!

The two young men even announced 3/4 of an hour in advance that they would arrive about 15 minutes later, although +/- 1/2 hour had already been said in advance. They were both very nice and made a real effort to remove the stains from the mattress - unfortunately it didn't quite work because they were too old - my fault! The two cushions in the car look like new!

I can only say that from the first conversation to the appointment and cleaning, everything was perfect. My couch was "greasy" on the backrests and at head height. The couch is as good as new, just perfect. 2 young colleagues from the Magdeburg team were punctual, friendly and did a great job. The next morning I had a brand new couch in my living room and I will recommend this company to my best friends. The location was Wolmirstedt

After a super friendly phone call with an employee, I got an appointment the very next day 🤗
The two employees arrived right on time,
the cleaning proceeded quickly.
The result was sensational 🙌🤗
