We were in Tuscany as a couple with Pravahi and Tom and enjoyed the week very much - just as we had wished for the retreat! The team quickly brought the large group together in trust and depth, and the great band Mantra Lounge was a special extra. We would definitely recommend the Moonlight Retreat, especially to couples, and will definitely come back to Capannace ourselves 😍
Again and again: The space that is created and held (!) here to let yourself go, to get to know yourself, to feel yourself is hard to describe ... and if the fall does become "harder", there is always someone ready to catch you.

Very well and mindfully led retreat with a well thought out, not overloaded program with some focus on dynamic meditations. Very good band. The seminar hotel is beautifully situated and very quiet, the food is very good.
I can recommend it to both beginners and advanced practitioners.
The Moonlight Retreat in Tuscany was simply amazing. So many people were there with an open heart and were glowing from the inside out after a short time. So many people who gave each other gifts!

The Ölevent is a unique experience to perceive yourself and your body. To set boundaries. And to go completely into feeling. Pravahi and Mohani are very attentive to this experience and maintain the framework at all times. I always felt safe and in good hands. Mohani's live singing is particularly beautiful and supports the event perfectly. Highly recommended!
