My name is Britta, I decided to do a family constellation because of inner emotional pressure, deep sadness, panic and nightmares. At the beginning I was excited and anxious, but that subsided in the course of the seminar. Mr. Glade is very respectful, sensitive and thoughtful with each person and their issues. I was able to observe Mr. Glade during his constellation work. For me it was the first constellation, although I have known the method for a long time. It was an intensive constellation that was professionally led by Christof. It showed me once again that somehow the issues that show up often touch my issues as well. At first I was a bit disappointed that Christof invited me to line up `only' four members of the family of origin. His competent guidance quickly showed me that 'less is more'.
I was able to live through a lot in relation to my mother and grandmother, which I already knew "theoretically", but was able to process it well emotionally in the constellation. The effect was immediately apparent, I was very exhausted afterwards, which I consider a good sign, and for days I have felt clearly freed from a great burden. (Gitta)

I attended a family exhibition day last Saturday as a substitute with Mr. Glade. I felt very well taken care of by Mr. Glade. He supported the constellation process in a very empathetic, attentive and professional way, which in my view led to all persons involved in the process feeling safe and being able to follow and engage in the process with a sense of awareness. I was also convinced by the fact that Mr. Glade explained short theoretical backgrounds, if they were necessary for understanding.

A family constellation was known to me so far only in theory and thus I was myself accordingly nervous.
Mr. Glade introduced all participants of the family constellation to this topic very well in a calm, empathetic and thus relaxed atmosphere. By explaining the meaning of a constellation, the necessary behavior of the participants during the family constellation and the reference to the confidentiality agreement, he created a successful and trusting framework for the subsequent constellations.
He guided all participants competently and calmly through the resulting constellation, knew well how to evaluate the situations that arose and thus how to work out a satisfactory solution for the constellating person.
It was important for him to guide all participants meditatively into the constellation and out of it at the end.
During the breaks there was enough time to let everything sink in with drinks and a snack.
All in all, I can unreservedly recommend a family constellation with Mr. Glade from my own experience.
I will gladly take advantage of his offer myself when I have new personal problems.
