I had the pleasure of attending a Lego SeriousPlay workshop with Anna-Elena Stöhr and I can say that it was one of the best experiences I have had in terms of team building and creative strategy development. Anna-Elena conducted the workshop in a very professional and pleasantly relaxed manner. She gave us valuable perspectives on the ideas we developed and helped us visualize our thoughts in a creative way.
The topic was very well communicated and the training material was very well prepared. After the training, I was able to successfully apply LSP in my work.
Anna-Elena taught the subject in an exciting and very varied way with a lot of practical relevance. I was able to implement a lot from the course in my daily work.
Personally, I do not implement the content from the workshop in my work. I found the topic itself very appealing, but unfortunately not much of the initial enthusiasm stuck.
My subjective impression is that I would have to invest too much time to build Lego emotionally enough with a woman. It is a nice feature, which can be used if everything fits directly. Unfortunately, not more for me.
For me it was such a big challenge to sort and digitalize everything after 20 years as an entrepreneur - where do I find what - how do I streamline - I learned through Anna Lena not to be afraid of project management, not to have a restriction of my free creativity but on the contrary to have more time and freedom.
