Thank you very much for this great online basic seminar and the professional, empathic support from Ralf. I really enjoyed the basic seminar with Ralf: Ralf is a very experienced coach who passes on his knowledge in an unagitated, friendly, human and at the same time highly professional manner. I completed the first part of my training as a coach for The Work with Ralf Heske. The seminar took place in person, which in my view was particularly valuable due to the group experience.

I saw Ralf live on stage at the International Speaker Slam last week.

He told a personal story - how he got stressed in a situation with his daughter, then applied The Work - and how that changed their relationship for good.

It was great cinema: he got to the heart of how our automatic thinking gets in the way of our everyday lives - and how we are then no longer able to act in the way we actually want to.

Ralf fully engaged the audience - through his content and his charisma. Many people recognized themselves in the situation he described. And seeing how you can free yourself from these thinking traps was really impressive.

An absolute recommendation as a speaker!
