The seminar was very well structured and Ralf brings so much experience and profound knowledge with him, which he competently conveys with his calm, appreciative manner. Despite a lot of content, Ralf manages to pick up all participants where they are and respond to the group and the questions that arise in an appreciative and individual way. I learned an incredible amount and took a lot away with me personally. I was a little skeptical beforehand about how well you can learn to accompany each other in an online format and whether you can feel really comfortable online... In fact, my concerns were completely unfounded. We practiced in pairs in breakout rooms, where we always got quick help from the team if we had any questions and were regularly supported by them. It was really great fun to delve deeper into the work, if you want to learn to work well quickly and develop yourself further, this is the right place for you! I will certainly attend further seminars with Ralf :-)
