The Immoscout exposé does not mention a graduated rent, even if this is only limited to 2 years. I'm not sure if the exposé mentions the 2-year fixed rent. But I'm not sure about the graduated rent.
Very nice and competent staff. They took their time to show us around the property and also talked about everything worth knowing. It was quite relaxed and informal, which I personally think is great.
