I became aware of this law firm on the Internet. Mr. Mark Duncan Wilson, attorney at law, assisted me in my case. It was about a regular dismissal and mobbing after 12 years of employment. I quickly got an appointment with him and was received very politely by Mr. Wilson. I immediately found his calming manner very pleasant, with which he got me out of my then very hectic and uncertain situation. I was able to talk to him at eye level and describe my concerns in great detail. I noticed that he was able to empathize with the situation very well. It was also very reassuring that he immediately gave me a concrete description of how to proceed "without any ifs, buts or coulds. His descriptions were clear and precise. This was for me also the certainty and reassurance at the same time that he takes his work very seriously and has a very high level of knowledge in this area of law. I was able to ask him questions (also during the entire support phase), which he answered very comprehensibly. No question remained unanswered. Even when an appointment was cancelled, he contacted me from outside the office to clarify matters. The e-mail traffic worked smoothly. Even when certain procedures had to be reconsidered, which was not foreseeable, he thought about how to proceed out of court so that I could get my rights. And when he presented me with the bill and I couldn't pay it right away, because unfortunately I didn't have any legal protection insurance at the time and the severance pay from my employer didn't come until a month later, Mr. RA Wilson was so empathetic to my situation and allowed me to pay in installments. At the same time, anyone who does his research knows that he didn't have to do that. This truly shows a great deal of humanity and trustworthiness towards his clients. For all these reasons, I can't thank him enough for what he did for me. I am very happy to recommend Mr. Mark Duncan Wilson. No clarification in the Nuremberg branch about co-payments despite legal protection!

This law firm cannot be trusted, especially Mr. Schilling (labor law), he promises a lot and keeps nothing. I also noticed that Mr. Schilling works with the other side and not with me, who pays him. He is really manipulated.

It was excellent. The lawyer listened carefully what I wanted to say, and understood what happened so that I can trust him. At the same time, he told me potentially negative result honestly. That helped me to know the reality based on law. What I appreciate most is that he spent his time even on things which might be out-of-service issues.
