Due to the Corona pandemic, there was never any personal contact. By phone, Whapp and EMail we were in contact. The offer, subsequently the vacation trip, was in line with our expectations. I would have liked to have been better informed about optional packages and bookings (e.g. arrival and departure options, flight by business class, connecting trips (cruise), etc.).

Personal wishes were incorporated exactly, solutions were sought, there were alternative offers and additional services were summarized in a travel plan. All in all super, thank you very much!
Contactability was given at all times, even in the absence or vacation requests were answered quickly or forwarded.
Experiences of other travel customers and own important tips round off the overall package and will certainly help us in London.
