Great service, particularly fast delivery.

Mistakes happen (and not just on one side). Good communication and uncomplicated rectification are important.
This is definitely the case here.

Small point of criticism: I would have preferred a choice of delivery service. DPD is so often problematic...

The package arrived quickly. The INSTRUCTIONS were unfortunately not well described. I have good knitting experience. So I knew that it was a Fair Ilse pattern with woven thread. Maybe. You should also write that would be helpful for others. Wool is good. Thank you
