We were glad to have a professional partner at our side, especially when the market situation was weaker at the time of the sale of our property. We wanted to sell the house to someone who was right for the property. RE/MAX did not push for the quickest possible conclusion of the contract, but instead adhered closely to our requirements and acted with care and patience. We would particularly like to emphasize the professional exposé. The staging of the house, aerial shots of the property using drone photography and the professional photographer who staged the property are not a matter of course when you look at real estate portals and we felt very comfortable knowing that our house was presented in this way.
Ms. Holz and Mr. Fischer not only presented the property in the very best sense, carried out a technically adept digital tour, but were also always a polite and competent, reliable contact until after the purchase of the property to this day, in addition to providing support in regulatory issues (notary, land register entry, ...).
