We are sorry that the rescheduling of your appointment by e-mail did not work out. Due to our large number of requests (60-80 requests per day), we use software for our appointment confirmation, which allows you to reschedule your appointment at the touch of a button.

We could not find any cancellation from you in our system, neither by Calendly nor by email. You did not respond to WhatsApp messages or calls to clarify the technical problem, especially since you could have canceled via Whats-App.

In addition, our rating links are also sent out automatically here, which also stands for our transparency, as we give everyone the opportunity to rate us.

What we do find questionable is your review of a service that you have not used and that you therefore simply cannot rate. Our many positive reviews also show that customers who use our service are very satisfied.

Of course, we wish you all the best for the future and are happy to answer any questions or suggestions you may have.
