Mr. Hainbach is an excellent contact person for real estate financing. In addition to the fact that we were able to continue our discussions in English, he also knew straight away what could be the right offers in our situation, even though we don't speak German very well. He was always available to us at short term from start to finish and explained the various differences fantastic. I can only encourage everyone to talk to him about financing. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I had already had several discussions with other brokers and banks and therefore already knew roughly what the financing should look like. The contact was always friendly, serious and very reliable. Even when things had to be done quickly, I could rely on his word and we ended up with the best offer. Mr. Hainbach was still available after I accepted the offer and supported me throughout the process. I am very happy to have chosen him and would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with the topic of construction financing.

A ray of hope in the service desert. Mr. Hainbach shows what that little bit extra should look like today: no call center, almost continuous availability & if not, then they actually call back quickly. Helps with decisions and provides comparisons. Plus constant updates and support with the documents. I don't know what could be done any better.
