At first, we just wanted to know what we could actually afford, and we had a very good conversation with you. You explained everything to us very clearly, and we’re now better prepared to start our search. As soon as we find the right house, we’ll definitely get back in touch with you. Thank you very much for the hassle-free online scheduling and your great advice.

Mr. Richard Hainbach von Platen is an exceptional talent when it comes to financing. Several banks had rejected my applications for various reasons and I had almost given up hope until a colleague recommended him. He was quick to respond and highly professional; the Zoom calls were funny, and he has an extraordinary gift for making the complex subject of different mortgages easy to understand. I want to thank him so much. Think withouth his expertise it would never been happend to buy my home.

Mr. Hainbach is an excellent contact person for real estate financing. In addition to the fact that we were able to continue our discussions in English, he also knew straight away what could be the right offers in our situation, even though we don't speak German very well. I had already had several discussions with other brokers and banks and therefore already knew roughly what the financing should look like. The contact was always friendly, serious and very reliable. Even when things had to be done quickly, I could rely on his word and we ended up with the best offer. Mr. Hainbach was still available after I accepted the offer and supported me throughout the process. I am very happy to have chosen him and would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with the topic of construction financing.

In addition, Richard Hainbach was always available and helped with decisions. Total 100% recommendation to anyone interested in financing: here you found probably the best mortgage adivsor on the whole market.

A ray of hope in the service desert. Mr. Hainbach shows what that little bit extra should look like today: no call center, almost continuous availability & if not, then they actually call back quickly. Helps with decisions and provides comparisons. Plus constant updates and support with the documents. I don't know what could be done any better. Huge praise from me and I would definitely recommend you to others!

I can only recommend Mr. Hainbach's professional advice. He answered all possible questions in a very understandable way and led to a smooth cooperation until the purchase of the property. I had also had appointments with other financial advisors and with Mr. Hainbach you notice that he works with the customer in detail and personally, and you don't have the feeling that you are "one more appointment" or "one more number".
