High quality garden pavilion, which was built by the company very well and on time. Before the construction there was a good, direct coordination with the construction company that made the foundations. Even after more than 10 years of reliable service. Anytime again with RIWO.

In January this year we thought about how we can use our garden even in bad weather. A terrace roof was out of the question for us, because it would not be a visual improvement of our house and it would not protect us from wind, cold and mosquitoes. So we came up with the idea of a pavilion,...
At the company RIWO we found what we were looking for and after extensive and friendly telephone consultation we were sure: We need a pavilion!
Since we had to build a proper foundation for the pavilion, or a terrace, we agreed on the delivery date for our pavilion for early April.
On the 8th of April the time had come. The delivery was on time and professional, everything was neatly and safely packed.
The next day the construction started, because we had decided to build the pavilion ourselves. For the construction at least 2 strong men and a strong woman ;o) are needed. Additional helpers would not be bad when building the roof, but we had a support rod to hold and so it went.
The processing of the individual components is very high quality and relatively easy to assemble and so the pavilion was already in the afternoon in the garden.
The next day, the gutter was mounted, which was a bit tricky, but we also succeeded well.
Finally, the remaining roof shingles came on the corners and the hood with ball on it and then was move into the cozy little house.
We use the pavilion almost every day, whether for breakfast or for a cozy game or small party. One sits protected and always has - thanks to the deep windows a great view into the garden - the garden season is thus extended.
Overall, we are absolutely satisfied with the company RIWO and hope that we will have many years of pleasure with our gazebo.

We are very satisfied with the gazebo and already can not imagine the garden without it. The advice was exceptional and the assembly very professional and flexible.

The prior appointment, the accommodation by the company RiWo in Koblenz, but especially the advice in Dommershausen by Mr. Wolf was really super and extremely helpful. There you do not have to think long for an order. The assembly on yesterday's day has rounded off the great picture. Technically very experienced, creative assemblers have conjured up a great pavilion in the garden. This company and the assemblers can and must be recommended. Gladly again.

The personal consultation durh Mr. Wolf Jr. on site at the factory and then the work of the assemblers during the assembly of the pavilion, all very professional. All personal wishes were implemented and accordingly the pavilion turned out to our complete satisfaction. I can only warmly recommend the company RIWO.

The on-site visit and the very detailed consultation by Mr. Wolf, including a guided tour through the production halls, immediately convinced us of the value of the material and its processing. All special requests were implemented without any problems. The support up to the delivery was excellent, mails were answered immediately and always competently.
The delivery date was kept exactly, great praise for Mr. Harald Wiegmann for the professional assembly of the pavilion.
The purchase of the pavilion "Romantica 10-corner" was the best decision, the upscale price level justifies the quality and the entire process in any case - so 5 stars!

Our dream house for our garden was well executed from consultation to construction. We now enjoy the garden with the super house every free minute.

Very friendly detailed advice from Mr. Geritt Wolf. All change requests were taken into account. The delivery and assembly also took place without any problems. Here, the very sympathetic and competent assemblers Harald and Gerd are to be particularly mentioned. Partly they worked with full commitment until late in the evening. We can recommend Riwo without reservation.

Good durability even after 12 years umd he is simply beautiful......

We bought our gazebo, type Piazza, 8-cornered in July 2007 and it is now ca.14 years old.
Until today it is a special place in the garden for us. The quality and usability of the pavilion is excellent to this day. Important: Wood in the outdoor area needs regular care and control. That is why we treat the exterior regularly (about every 3 years). Especially the base needs special care in the absence of gutters. We replaced operating elements on the windows after a few years. The storm hook, which is supposed to hold the door open, is unsuitable in the long term (broken).
I have developed my own system for stopping the open windows and door.

I would like, if this pavilion (which is certainly far from the case) to choose again exactly this pavilion. Perhaps then with gutter?

Further I must tell you that I and my wife did not regret to look at your show house exhibition before deciding to buy.
The pavilion "Elegance", which we bought, is now erected in our garden. Neighbors and acquaintances describe it as a piece of jewelry. We can only recommend Riwo.

Very reliable communication, advice and careful processing of the product have pleased us very much. I can not complain about the possible problems with self-assembly, because it was fortunately quite simple.
