I made an appointment by phone and a few days later I was already in the office. I received a very warm welcome straight away and was offered a coffee. All in all, everyone is very friendly and not pushy and gives you very good advice. I can only recommend them.

Due to the flood disaster in July 2021, my property was completely destroyed on the ground floor and basement. Thanks to the competent and comprehensive support from the beginning, the property is completely renovated again. The Braun agency was always there for me during this difficult time and gave me professional advice and financial support. I have also been very satisfied with the advice of other services for over 25 years and can recommend the agency without reservation.

Our company and the whole family has been insured with Versicherungsbüro Braun in Stolberg Büsbach since 1957. Over all these decades we have been advised loyally, competently and fairly. Not only at the conclusion. Important changes in the design of the insurance coverage were communicated to us unobtrusively. As it turned out during the flood disaster in the summer of 2021, the advice provided by Mr. Braun was a stroke of luck. Thanks to the modern contracts, we can rebuild the completely destroyed company with good financial security and look forward to a secure future with new machinery.

In 07.2021, our company building in Eschweiler was severely damaged by the flood disaster following the storm, and the interior furnishings on the first floor were totally destroyed.
Now it became clear how good the advice from Mr. Braun from Gothaer, who have been looking after us since 2014, was: both the property damage and the business interruption loss were settled quickly, fairly and to our complete satisfaction.
We can recommend the Braun insurance office to anyone!
