Robert Spengler made a strong impression through his professional and, above all, effective collaboration with Petra Einhoff on my leadership team. Throughout the entire process—from his practical, actionable tips to Petra’s valuable and empathetic one-on-one coaching, and especially through the actual “doing” on the training stage (rather than overly lengthy theory) lies an immense amount of potential for further development. Although we were a new group in this constellation, Robert was able to create an open and “safe” atmosphere in which personal growth was just as possible as growing together as a team. We were already able to successfully implement much of what we learned in the weeks that followed, both on stage and in online meetings; the one-on-one coaching via Teams even after the in-person session was perfect. Great feedback from the entire team.

All in all: a unique concept, real impact, and—for me as CEO—the right investment in the development of my leadership team!

I was particularly pleased with how the program took individual needs into account. I was in a group with speakers who were certainly more experienced than I was, as well as others at my level. Nevertheless, I felt very well supported, and it helped me grow. The one-on-one sessions were also extremely helpful.

As a team, we had a very enjoyable yet effective presentation training session with Robert. He works with an actress who analyzed our short presentations and gave us her feedback—it was exciting to receive feedback from someone who previously had very little connection to our investment industry, because that helped us focus more on the impact of our presentations. We were encouraged to step out of our comfort zone and push our limits, which allowed us to try new things. I took away some valuable tips that I’ll incorporate into my next presentation.

It helps to reflect on your own strengths and weaknesses as a presenter beforehand so that these can be addressed effectively during the coaching session.
