We were allowed to look at the work of Roland Schraut in 2018 & 2019 from the perspective of external speakers. Mr. Schraut has unfolded a great dynamic in all his groups, the voices of the participants are unisono very positive. You can tell that he stands behind his self-imposed task with every fiber and is a source of ideas for many carpenter colleagues to position the company and drive forward! It is a pity that there are only 5 stars, from me there is still a icing on the cake.

I have been lucky enough to experience Roland twice so far. His openness, his nature, his empathy, his creativity, his expertise and his competence turned the seminar into an experience that has helped me a lot, not only professionally.
Roland was very good at conveying the idea of having an outsider take a look at everyday carpentry work and providing food for thought for new actions and procedures. It was interesting and instructive seminar days with an open trusting relationship with him and among colleagues.
The regular meetings, the exchange of experiences with other carpenters was enormously interesting for us.

His positive attitude and also his tireless work is an example for us.
