Especially in a manufacturing company like ours, the successful implementation of the cultural project involved bringing together many different interests and creating an approach that was appropriate for the target group.

For the management development project, we used a variant of her bridge-building format, which, thanks to the many specialist contributions from a wide range of experts from her network and her moderation of the various workshops, resulted in motivated cooperation from the management team and added value from a business perspective.
