The sound basis of all the methods, models and practices used was particularly impressive. The trainer not only imparted techniques, but also explained their scientific basis and mode of action. This gave the participants a comprehensive understanding of the training content and enabled them to apply the practices they had learned in their everyday lives.
As a result of the training, I had a clear picture in my head of when, how and for what purpose which practices should be used. This knowledge now enables me to manage my behavior more effectively in different situations and achieve my goals more successfully.
