The IC Communication Training session with Sebastian was very engaging and thoroughly positive in every respect. The many interactive elements allowed us to test and apply the theory directly in practice.
Sebastian addressed our questions and specific requests head-on and impressed us with his extensive knowledge and practical tools.
I would definitely attend one of his training sessions again.

This was an extremely valuable training session, both for beginners and experienced ICs. It teaches clear communication principles, provides helpful insights into the underlying context, and demonstrates in a practical way how to properly assess key situations and respond to them with confidence. Especially in my role as Lead IC, I was able to take away concrete insights that are making a noticeable difference in my day-to-day work.
