We have been with sam since 2017. I have always found the implementation and service very pleasant. Your team is always ready and communication is fixed and concrete. The user meetings are super organized and targeted close to the customer. I enjoyed the webinars on the topics. I still really enjoy my work as an administrator in sam. Keep it up.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Secova, whether it's about service, answers or support and solutions. Many other companies can take a leaf out of the book when it comes to the speed of response. Queue on the phone...............someone always answers. If they can't help or answer themselves, they are put through to the right person.
I must mention your wife Romy Kupfer by name. Such a willingness to help, such a great help for us as a contact person. In addition to her professional competence (she has helped us so often with her knowledge without having to mediate further), I must also mention her social competence. Always friendly, courteous, patient and never in a bad mood................and she also has a great sense of humor. It is a real stroke of luck to have Ms. Kupfer as a contact person in your company. I hope for a long cooperation,

Creating your own trainings is cumbersome and time-consuming. Uploading or saving new employees, deleting old employees, changing department compositions, etc. is not permanently saved in the system, but must be entered again and again. Cumbersome and poor handling.

(Viewed objectively, the "problems" mentioned are also neither known nor confirmed by other customers. With over 2 million users this is unusual. In this respect, another indication of a dubious evaluation....)
