We would like to thank you very much for your prompt contact and comprehensive advice.
We particularly liked the personal meeting, including the assessment of the expected care situation in our home environment.

Callbacks were carried out very quickly. The on-site manager was able to convince with a lot of experience and he communicated very openly about any difficulties that might arise (relationship nurse to the person to be cared for). A very professional appearance that was authentic and characterized by experience.

The care provided by the Wrede couple was exemplary. Mrs. and Mr. Wrede were always patiently available when something needed to be clarified. Unfortunately, even they could not prevent the arrival of a completely unsuitable person from Poland. She was work-shy, demanding and caused considerable damage to the furniture of the room at her disposal by smoking heavily, contrary to the agreement, and by improper use of sharp cleaning agents. We would have liked to have had more influence on the cooperating Polish agency.

In all questions and assistance so far, always a personal, immensely friendly and extremely understanding contact. A double care with 2 family members, one of whom is bedridden, certainly a challenge for all involved in the situation. All the nicer that our wishes have been fulfilled in everything so far. Thanks to Sencurina, our 2 dear relatives are allowed to spend their autumn of life at home and have quickly realized how much additional quality of life has been opened up by the caregivers who are attuned to their needs...thanks to Sencurina! 5 stars from us as a family!!!
