Today I would like to tell you about my extremely positive experience with the travel agency Sightliving. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent work of Mr. Luh, who presented me with a vacation offer that I was completely thrilled with.

Not only was the offer extremely attractive, but Mr. Luh also explained it to me in detail and very clearly. His competence and expertise really impressed me and I was able to benefit greatly from his specialist knowledge.

In addition, Mr. Luh took a lot of time for me. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed. This personal care and attention really impressed me and showed that Mr. Luh attaches great importance to the satisfaction of his customers.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the quick response to my inquiries. Mr. Luh was always available and responded promptly to my concerns. This showed me that he is not only professional, but also extremely customer-oriented.

After the great pre-selection of vacation destinations, information on promotions and discounts, reliable and comprehensive advice and booking. Even after payment, we continued to receive excellent support and Michael even took over the check-in for the return flight because the TUI app unfortunately didn't work. The next vacation will also be booked with Sightliving!

Mr. Luh provided comprehensive advice, picked out alternatives and pointed out the pros and cons of each booking option for our flights. For example, we initially regarded the snack box as a frill. But this way we were able to control our hunger, avoid expensive food purchases on the plane and eat more cheaply on arrival.

Advice was very good - our wishes were fully understood and the destination/hotel was chosen to suit us perfectly - it couldn't have been better!
Very good service, lots of support with the preparations, e.g. information on sensible insurance, booking seats on the plane and making appointments for the security check at the airport.

Super customer service! Spontaneous support when the outbound flight was delayed, then canceled and then a replacement was offered. After the end of the trip then additional support in the assertion of passenger rights, which would have been too complicated and time-consuming for me. But Michael Luh prepared the documents perfectly, I only had to sign. And just this extra service makes the difference!

We got EXACTLY the trip we wanted. All the details were carefully selected, the best options for us (and our wallet, as much as possible!) were organized, and with the comprehensive pre-trip information package, we really only had to worry about the bare essentials.
Even when questions arose along the way, Mr. Luh was prompt to help us with advice and assistance.
