Silke is a very, very great coach. And an even better person - always positive, adaptable and emphatic!
Often I am totally stressed and without much preparation into the coaching sessions. Accordingly, without much expectation of how the coaching will go. And at the end of each session I could hardly believe how tidy and clear my thoughts were. Silke helped me to separate individual problems and still see the interdependencies, in order to then work out approaches to solutions for each problem. In the process, we developed exercises that I can also easily take with me into everyday life. Silke's positive attitude, always with a laugh and a smile, enabled me to build up a trusting relationship right away.
One more point I would like to share, since we talk so much about adaptability in our VUCA world. Silke is truly unique in this regard. I felt like I came to every session with a new problem, different priorities, and new issues that may have needed more attention in the short term. But Silke always had the right tool at hand, asked the right questions and was able to catch me in order to classify topics and problems even in the short term and to work out solutions.
I would 100% recommend Silke and look forward to more coaching sessions.
