p.s. as I personally have been dealing with the psychological background for a long time and have received several similar training courses, the cost/benefit ratio was not right for me in particular

Mr. Kuchenbauer came to us in the kitchen studio and sometimes even shook up old hands in dealing with our customers and colleagues.
Many things were refreshed and I will think about some routine procedures and consciously change some things.
He sensitized us to a more conscious perception of our own appearance and we never had the feeling that we had done anything wrong until now.
The hours with Mr. Kuchenbauer were very authentic, funny and honest.
The seminar was very interesting, not boring and will flow into my private life.

Mr. Kuchenbauer had very interesting topics, very lively, a lot of content.
Very good atmosphere.
He was highly flexible and very sensitive to personal concerns.
ps. When you sit in a good seminar, you have a good feeling. The topic is interesting, the seminar leader competent and entertaining. Each new topic brings you new ideas for your own company. Sometimes, as a seminar participant, you even get into a euphoric feeling.
All in all, I can highly recommend Mr. Kuchenbauer as a seminar leader.

Finally a training that does not consist of you should and you must, but always as a guide what you can do and what you should pay attention to. I have already had in my 24 years in the kitchen world some training of this kind, but this was completely different not so monotonous, it was very much designed and worked out together so that we in the group, based on previous experience
an exchange with tips and new ideas received. It was at no time boring in a relaxed atmosphere. I hope that Mr. Kuchenbauer will visit us again sometime to refresh and remind us.

I am already looking forward to further training sessions with Mr. Kuchenbauer.
