Mr. Kuchenbauer convinces above all with his professional, experienced and friendly manner.
Mr. Kuchenbauer's many years of experience are reflected above all in the variety of topics that can be covered as well as in many helpful tips and impulses. He always asks the "right" questions and thus encourages active participation.
For the topics and challenges discussed, concrete solutions are developed by him or in cooperation with the participants, so that measurable results are also available at the end. The always perfect preparation for the agreed appointments rounds off the overall package.

I myself have already taken part in a number of sales training courses. After each event, there were usually points in the summary that I would have liked to have seen in addition. After thinking about it for a while, I couldn't think of any such points that I missed with Mr. Kuchenbauer. I was able to gain a lot of new impressions and impulses from the training sessions, which I will certainly use in the future. At both events, I was insanely impressed by Mr. Kuchenbauer's powers of observation, but above all by his conscious perception. All in all: I am thrilled!

As a quality-loving designer of the future, I am particularly pleased to have such a competent consultant and coach like Stefan on our agency side and know. Thanks to Stefan, we have moved essential topics forward for our company within just a few months, and it feels like years. Stefan creates space for content as well as individuals. We make time for topics that would otherwise often fall by the wayside in our daily creative routine due to long TO-DO lists. We even tend to save time because we make super-quick progress at very crucial "points" and issues.
Stefan thinks unbelievably fast and well ahead and makes it possible to leave even exhausting sessions with verve. The time we spend working together with him expands our own abilities and helps us to root our company in a good and healthy way.

Mr. Kuchenbauer is a very pleasant coach with an incredibly profound knowledge. He structures his training clearly and makes the transfer of knowledge extremely clear. Each participant can fully concentrate on the content, as a written summary of the topics is always provided. Mr. Kuchenbauer succeeds in concentrating on the topics and challenges of the company, thus initiating changes. The goal of his work is to accompany the company over a longer period of time, which definitely increases the value of the coaching, because he can also measure results and the employees experience these changes. Not as it usually happens in annual training days to a short-term motivation but then the content of the days is not implemented. Simply clear and goal oriented.

Mr. Kuchenbauer provides goal-oriented, empathetic and effective advice. Thus, the challenges of interpersonal and work-related discrepancies could be resolved at short notice through an open discussion between the parties (with Mr. Kuchenbauer as mediator). He mediated between the colleagues in such a way that understanding for both sides and open cooperation were achieved and new approaches to solutions and procedures were found. Since then, there has been a balanced and harmonious working atmosphere.

After 25+ years of professional life and many different trainers and coaches for a wide variety of concerns, I have many points of comparison.

Stefan Kuchenbauer deserves a top rating in my eyes. Especially in the following points:

- Perfect and detailed preparation in every respect.
- Thoughtful! He is not concerned with having an answer ready for every point. He creates space for "thinking for yourself" and this almost always results in a truly effective solution.
- Appreciation! A positive view of people is also reflected in his very appreciative language.
- Clearly! If necessary, he also puts his finger on the sore spot. However, in a winning way.
- Unbiased! He is not concerned with pushing through his convictions or his findings. It almost seems like open-ended work, which, at least for me, did not remain without lasting effect.

I can recommend Stefan Kuchenbauer especially when it comes to personal or organizational orientation, especially in sales & marketing.
