As a user of the course "Miscarriage - letting go" I found the part "General & Diagnostics" professional and helpful. Also, there were a few helpful approaches in the modules, but I couldn't really connect with 3/4 of the impulses offered. If you are inclined towards esotericism you will feel comfortable here, otherwise a lot was rather alienating. In the yoga classes offered, I partly had the feeling that the teachers did not know their target group very well or they themselves have not miscarried. The videos are professionally made and well-intentioned, but not necessarily suitable for the different phases and in part not at all for women who have no yoga experience. An approach that picks up a broader range of levels would have been nice here. Since there are so few offers for women in the situation with a miscarriage, I would recommend the course, but with the restriction that you have to know that the content is partly very rooted in esotericism. A small tip to the team: You can do wonderful meditations that are more neutral (e.g. "Create your safe place" was a neutral variant).
