We also didn't have to worry about house viewings for potential buyers. Martin really sold our house very quickly. I have never experienced a house being sold within a few days. It was pleasant to feel how committed and competent the house sale was initiated. We immediately felt very well taken care of and noticed that the matter was approached with a lot of heart and soul. They took enough time to assess the property and the entire property or environment. Even small details were seen and objectively evaluated and considered. Qualitatively good and down-to-earth value assessment based on a lot of experience.
