Absolutely disappointing!
If you are looking for relaxation, this is the wrong place..... every pool was extremely overcrowded (3 pools). Not a single room or area to rest and relax (where it is quieter).
Children were jumping into the pool from all sides, screaming without end. When I left the spa I had no voice left because you couldn't even have a normal conversation with the attendant. The restaurant was the same!
Some of the leaves in the salad were already wilted and the food was slapped on our plates without any love.
It was my first and last time there.
As a thermal spa, you advertise relaxation, wellness > to recover from everyday life.... Unfortunately, we were just annoyed, stressed and disappointed yesterday. Apparently everything here is geared towards families.
It wasn't worth the long drive for us.

Not a recreational spa like it used to be a few years ago. Unfortunately, it has become more and more a small children's fun pool. Extreme noise levels and inconsiderate behavior on the part of parents do the rest. It's a pity that the ban on cell phones has not been implemented. I am disappointed as it used to be a really great spa.

The baked potato with herb quark is a dissaster, especially for the price The food on offer would benefit from regional and completely healthy variations. Unfortunately, there are children under the age of 6 in the sauna area who do not (or cannot) behave quietly according to their age. Unfortunately, the adults only fulfill their duty of supervision to a very limited extent.

Lower area, too cold also because of minus temperatures.some children have fingered. 2 degrees above and below would be sooooo great. We go here
here several times a year for 90 minutes. Price simply top for families. Hope you can continue to offer this when it reopens and maybe just charge 5 euros more per adult. The cold corridor is fine but it is cold when you are wet. As I said, 1 to 2 degrees more temperature in the water would be so nice then also a reason to come more often. Downstairs the passage to the outside would have to be made smaller to keep the cold out LG family b... from Bad Stehen

The relaxation rooms are a bit too cool. My idea: blankets.
How about individual prices for the sauna area?
Otherwise I felt very comfortable.
It's a shame that there are no more buses to Bayreuth late in the evening.

The spa itself is always beautiful despite the construction work. I like going here with my boys.
However, I was very disappointed with the catering today. I understand that it's difficult to find qualified staff these days. But what I don't understand is that despite having three people in the kitchen, they are not able to serve high quality food to their guests. The boys had a birthday menu, my wife had a chicken schnitzel with chips, I had squid rings with chips.
The children's menus, including the chips, were fine....
The squid rings were warm but completely saturated with fat and that really put a damper on the eating pleasure. My and my wife's fries were unfortunately baked to death and also soggy. Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed with the catering area, as there is definitely a lack of qualified staff or the existing staff should be better trained.
