The Thevea team always responds immediately👍 if you have any problems. Transferring the prescriptions into the system with the camera works better and better and online training (included in the price) is very informative. If you don't have time to attend in person, you get it sent to your email as a recording.

I was very satisfied with both the competent introduction and the implementation. Everything went really smoothly. So far, I have even been called once and asked how things are going, whether I need help with something or have suggestions for improvements. The support was also super prompt and responded quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied and can highly recommend the practice program. There may still be a few hiccups here and there, but in my opinion these are only minor issues that can be passed on straight away and the program is constantly being optimized anyway.

Works great after a short training period. Thevea saves me a lot of time at the interface with doctors (reports), patient management, e-documentation and billing. Sensible ongoing development and helpful webinars on important practice topics make the software a great business buddy.

I have been using Thevea for about 4 months now and schedule my 80 patients daily and weekly. I have not found a better company that runs such a program with such dedication. Always up to date and the support, even for small questions, leaves nothing to be desired. Highly recommended for any sole trader or large company with a practice. Everything is detailed and very well structured. What particularly impressed me is that I'm constantly getting new features thrown at me that I can integrate into my everyday life and/or use as an analysis for my bookkeeping.
