Taking the time together with Thomas in a quiet environment creates the necessary distance from everyday life and with his flexible instruments/tools we have worked out the core challenges in a structured way. What is particularly valuable for me is that SMART goals were set as a result of the strategy day and backed up with measures, so that there is a clear agreement that will be implemented with Thomas with confidence.

Thomas' questions encourage reflection and rethinking. During the time out in the beautiful Maria Hilf monastery, he gave the participants enough space to allow concrete impulses to take effect, even in silence. He succeeded in getting the participants to open up and listen to each other within a very short time. The two and a half eventful days in Bühl were characterized by great appreciation and professional guidance. My expectations in the Power Coaching were fully met. The topics dealt with were challenging and inspiring at the same time. I can implement many practical tips directly. I especially appreciate the openness and familiarity with which Thomas also brings in personal experiences from his own experience.

My personal highlights were "my Big Five" as well as the professionalization of my personal task management and how to translate the whole thing from a big strategic goal to a functioning weekly and daily plan.

For me, the monastery days in which I participated three times were a great experience.
