Thomas' training was really worthwhile. In addition to new knowledge, we were also given tools that I can use to immediately integrate what we discussed into my day-to-day sales activities. I was also able to become much more aware of the things I was already doing unconsciously. This gives me the opportunity to use them in a more targeted way in future. As a result, the training has had a positive effect on the conversations I have with my contacts right from day one.

It was great to see how Thomas had an idea for how to respond to each practical example. It was a good mix of input and practical examples. As a suggestion for improvement, I would ask Thomas to talk more about the framework conditions at the beginning, such as the break/which topic will then be dealt with, and to go into this briefly.

Thomas did a wonderful job in educating and training our team to get the most out of the upcoming Hannover Messe. We feel well prepared and already booked him again after the fair to convert the leads to customers. Besides his domain knowledge, he is also a super nice person and a pleasure to work with.
