After we had to halt the entire process with our first manufacturer—despite months of collaboration—due to insufficient certifications and compliance issues, Katrin provided us with outstanding support as we transitioned to a new manufacturer.

From day one, all certificates and documents were carefully reviewed, outstanding issues were clearly explained, and everything was only approved once everything truly met the requirements. As newcomers to importing from China, this support was invaluable to us.

We’d also like to highlight the organization and support provided for the V-Trust quality inspection. The preparation was excellent, allowing the inspection to be conducted in a very structured manner. The result was a “PASS,” which, according to Katrin herself, isn’t a given. Even so, the smallest areas for improvement were identified and addressed honestly—that’s exactly what professional compliance consulting should be like.

Throughout the entire project, we never felt like we were on our own. Questions were answered quickly, risks were identified early on, and practical solutions were presented. You can tell right away that they’re not just selling services here, but that the long-term success of their clients is the top priority.

Thanks to Tradavo, we were able to launch our first private label, EMSALY, with great confidence. The first production runs have been completed, quality testing has been passed, and the import to Germany is underway.

We’re already looking forward to continuing our collaboration and will work with Tradavo again on future products.
