When my suitcase was damaged, the customer service team took excellent care of me. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Now I’ll be able to use my suitcase again—thank you so much, Mr. Karcher! Warm regards, Tina Bühler

Great customer service when something breaks. Can I reorder it? That's excellent. It really rounds out the value for money of these suitcases. Great job—keep it up.

All of them are super-nice, practical suitcases—stylish and comfortable—great value for money—and the customer service deserves special mention.

I've had a set of three for a year now... TOP quality and perfect for my long trips. There was a problem with the handle, but a replacement was sent immediately. TOP service.

Hello,

I have received the suitcase set Oslo I ordered in "Light Blue".
When I ordered it, I was very sceptical as to whether I would like this color at all.
In the end, however, I was tempted by the price offer of €428.50.
After unpacking, however, I was totally thrilled, the color is in my opinion simply top and also has a high recognition value on every suitcase belt.
I was also totally impressed by the quality of the materials and, above all, the workmanship of the aluminum cases.
You rarely find such quality at such a price.

"Super and nice customer service! The complaint was processed quickly and without any problems. Very satisfied with the whole process - always happy to return and highly recommended! Thanks again for the great service.

When my suitcase 🧳 did not survive its first flight undamaged, I received a new suitcase zugeschickt‼️👍😁 as a gesture of goodwill within a very short time after sending photos.
I think something like that is very rare these days.
Thank you very much, Ute Kroke

Top customer service - I had problems with a suitcase handle, the problem was solved immediately!

I bought a small and a large suitcase from Travelhouse and am absolutely satisfied! The quality of the suitcases is excellent - robust, well-made and perfect for any trip. I was particularly impressed by the first-class customer service: feedback comes extremely quickly and the company is very accommodating and solution-oriented. It's rare to experience such dedicated service. I will definitely be shopping at Travelhouse again and can only recommend it to anyone!

I have 3 Oslo L aluminum cases from Travelhouse. A defect occurred in one of them. After contacting Travelhouse, the case was replaced with a new one.
Another defect 2 years later. Here too, the complaint was dealt with quickly and with a new case.
Travelhouse is 100% reliable and recommendable!!! I would buy again in a heartbeat.
Therefore 5 stars !!!!!

Good workmanship, very fast delivery, I would rate customer service even higher than 5 stars. I bought the Oslo S/L case set. Will buy there again.😎

While looking for a new suitcase for longer trips, I came across the suitcase series "London" from Travelhouse (here: size L 75cm) (which was also very positively reviewed in a test report). And I have to say: the suitcase met my expectations. Visually, it is based on the much more expensive competitor from Rimowa - so it looks very "chic" and the interior is also full of surprises: two clip-on "intermediate shelves" with generous mesh pockets and a removable clothes hanger with clothes bag complete the very generous amount of space for this size (108 l according to the manufacturer). The case has a polycarbonate hard shell, which makes a very robust impression, and an aluminum frame, so it should survive the odd flight. It is locked with three snap locks, two of which are TSA combination locks.
Unfortunately, one of the four double castor wheels was damaged during the first flight. But I have to praise Travelhouse for their fast and unbureaucratic service, which immediately sent me a new replacement wheel to assemble myself ... and the problem was solved.
In short: I am very satisfied with the product, as it offers great value for money, especially in comparison with much more expensive competitors. Especially when you consider the outstanding service provided by Travelhouse.
An absolute recommendation!

The wheel of our suitcase fell off during the flight. Travelhouse Shop replaced it completely free of charge.

Great customer service, responded immediately and found a solution. Always happy to return.

Very good customer service. Always ready to help with problems and spare parts.

I had a complaint and therefore returned the case. Although DPD had obviously sent the return somewhere else, I was refunded the purchase price without much fuss. Very fair, very simple :-). If I were to buy a suitcase again, it would be from Travelhouse.

I am really very satisfied with the customer service. No matter what problem I had, they always responded to my problems and were very accommodating.

Fast delivery. Good price/performance ratio. Fast and competent response to questions and problems. Very nice customer service. I can highly recommend! Michael B.

On the first trip, a roll was torn off the suitcase. A replacement was delivered to me without any complications.

We bought the London suitcase set a few years ago and have made several trips by plane and train. The suitcases are sturdy, beautiful and practical and cope well with the hard everyday life on the luggage conveyors.
Now one of the locks has broken off because I accidentally kicked it off. When I phoned Travelhouse, I received competent and very friendly advice and the replacement lock was delivered within three days.
Everything was fine, always happy to return.
