I was looking for a desk for my home office and found the right one on this site. At first I was very skeptical to order online and wanted to order from a local dealer, after the unfriendly advice of the local dealer I decided to Trendline store.

Monday evening I ordered with the indication "ready for delivery in a week" - Thursday came surprisingly the shipment confirmation and this morning the UPS rang at my door with the package (Friday) so much earlier than expected. The product is exactly what I wanted and there were no problems with the assembly.

I would always recommend the store.

Was a little skeptical at first because of the prepayment to get the 5%, but everything worked. The delivery was then even a little earlier than expected. Unfortunately, you could only get a 3 hour window from the shipping company, but that's still okay. One star I had to deduct then also on delivery, because you can not be called again about 1 hour before delivery. Goods have been delivered in top condition and was easy to assemble. Anytime again.

Unfortunately, most freight forwarders can not give a smaller time window, but with most freight forwarders can be agreed in the telephone appointment notice that the driver will call again about 1 hour before. However, this is usually a voluntary service of the forwarding agency and cannot be ordered bindingly in advance. Since your evaluation was submitted anonymously and does not contain an order number or invoice number, we can unfortunately not check the process to address the forwarding company.

Bought my desk here. Unfortunately, a few screws were missing on delivery, but the exemplary customer service found a quick solution for this shortly, which was very much to my satisfaction. The product looks very high quality and stable. Gladly again!

The support is top class: fast, helpful and nice! The payment was straightforward and the shipping was fast and provessionell via a forwarding agent. The table is very nice, solid and sturdily built and the workmanship of the table is also very good. And all this for such an unbeatable price. I am more than thrilled! Everything worked out great. The delivery time of 4 weeks fit exactly.
Questions were answered immediately.
Delivery is on a wooden pallet, packaging very good.
The desk is absolutely high quality and very stable thanks to the steel base.
The assembly went quickly and easily.
All in all, we are more than satisfied with the processing, delivery and the table and will order again here if necessary.

After a telephone consultation, we ordered. The delivery came within the specified time. Unfortunately, our driveway was damaged during delivery and neither Trendline nor the delivering company Dachser wants to be responsible. As we found out after the delivery, the storage cabinet was a side cabinet and did not fit under the desk, but only next to it. However, since we also needed one of these later, we kept it.
Since we feel left alone by the company Trendline in the damage caused, we will never order from them again and also advise anyone not to.

You have ordered a pedestal, here it is clear from our article description in the online store and from the dimensions given there that the container does not fit under the table but is to be placed next to it.

The damage to your driveway was caused by a delivery vehicle of the shipping company. After you reported the damage, we immediately contacted the forwarding company and Dachser informed you about the owner of the vehicle (subcontractor of Dachser). Unfortunately, only you can claim the damage from the owner, as only you have a claim against the vehicle owner.

Since the vehicle owner has apparently not yet contacted you, we advise you to notify him of the damage again by mail (as already communicated by email); to set a deadline and, if necessary, to file a complaint or to contact the Central Call of Car Insurers with the license plate number of the truck: https://www.gdv-dl.de/dienstleistungen/zentralruf-der-autoversicherer/.

Everything is fine so far you have to consider when buying online only that you are then sitting on a lot of packaging, including on a self-assembled pallet. After calling the service center unfortunately only the answer for the disposal you are responsible. It would have been easiest to have just cleared the pallet and the shipping company would have taken them again. Unfortunately, this was not possible.

With the free standard delivery, the packaging can unfortunately not be taken away by the delivery person. However, we also offer an additional delivery service in the order process of our online store, where the goods are transported to the place of use, unpacked and assembled ready for use - here, the deliverers also take the complete packaging back with them.

Almost 30% of the chairs ordered were delivered broken or with a gross defect. However, the goods were quickly replaced, even if the condition of the goods was not perfect.

Very nice and fast customer service, even with regard to subsequent changes. Delivery was difficult, because only on the day of delivery would be clear that only to curb will be delivered - this was misleading when ordering. Unfortunately, a part was delivered incorrectly, but this only became apparent after unpacking. There the driver was of course gone. Quality is okay
