I felt very well looked after and understood there.

The team, mainly Mrs. Burghart as our contact person, gave us great support in finding a suitable carer for my mother. Everything went quickly and smoothly. The change of carers also worked wonderfully.

We have now had two carers for my mother. Both carers were not only competent, but also extremely friendly and kind. Both their care work and their loving, cordial treatment of my mother have made a significant contribution to my mother being so well that she is able to look after herself again.

We contacted Ulmer-Pflege24 on the basis of a recommendation regarding home care for our mother. The very next day, we had a detailed initial telephone conversation in which we were able to describe the situation and were already shown the first possible solutions. The cost side was also explained transparently and clearly.

A short time later, we had personnel proposals with CVs etc. and were even able to speak to the proposed ladies on the phone. We were very happy that this was so quick and uncomplicated.

The employee was brought to us by a transport service and did an excellent job from day one. She took notes immediately and we are still delighted with the care she provided.

Even during the first lady's stay, we received further staff suggestions for her replacement. Everything was perfect here too! The ladies carried out a handover independently and everything was documented here too.

In the meantime, it has become so well established that the two ladies always take turns. We are very happy about this consistency!!!!!
