The care provided by Ms. Burghart and Ms. Günter is very cordial and competent. The change of caregivers is excellent. The caregivers have a good nursing knowledge are very affectionate to my mother and respond to her needs.

My mother was cared for by 24-hour staff for seven years.
After there were unfortunately irregularities with the first agency, we switched to Ulmer-Pflege24. The contact was very good from the first moment. Transparency, openness and friendly communication are important to us. With Mrs. Burghart we had a wonderful contact person who always had an open ear for our ideas and wishes. Our caregivers were also satisfied with the Bulgarian partner agency, so we felt that they were paid accordingly and were well insured. This is an important criterion for us, because we value the service of the women very much and we think that they should be treated fairly.
We will be very happy to recommend Ulmer Pflege to others because we have had the experience for many years that excellent work is done here with a lot of heart, empathy and patience.

The mediated caregivers (5) corresponded - with one exception - to the information provided in the staff sheet and were very good.
The care provided by Ulmer-Pflege-24 was very good, our sometimes difficult wishes were taken into account, and solutions were always found...
Conclusion: We are very satisfied with Ulmer- Pflege - 24 in comparison with already made experiences with another agency.

We called many agencies, only Ulmer-Pflege 24 was able to answer all our questions immediately in a competent, friendly and very empathetic way. On the homepage, many helpful tips are also given, which were very helpful in the complete organization of the new living arrangements.
The placement process was very fast, a suitable caregiver was found within 10 days. We were always supported by phone and felt well taken care of.
The caregiver speaks very good German and takes care of all needs and concerns.

Personal thanks to our contact person Mrs. Günter, who was always very cordial, patient, interested and compassionate.

The Ulmer-Pflege 24 team is very competent and we are happy to recommend them.
