I come across a book that describes the influence of diet on hormonal balance and on PCOS. However, the implementation seems incredibly highly complicated and so I am stuck again. Then I take part in the Easy Eating Workshop. The diet recommended here corresponds in the principles of the PCOS diet recommended in the book - only simpler and with a strong focus on feasibility. So that it does not remain with the beautiful theory, is cooked immediately together for one week. This was a lot of fun and already during the first week I can feel how the change in diet is doing me good: no more lunchtime slump, but more energy and well-being. Over time, my skin also improved, and I didn't have to wait so long for my period.
