Dear Vaporstar Team.
It's been about 3 months since we bought our 2000 Bluelight. In the beginning I was a bit skeptical if it would be used as I would have liked it to be.
But now I must say, I don't know how we could get along all these years without our R2D2.
We use it at least 2 times a week. I'm already dreading it when our steam cleaner should be defective. I hope that this still lasts a long time.
Although the price is very high, we do not regret the decision.
Thank you for the great advice and the complete processing. Mr. Gehlhausen has given us the best advice.

I'm just thrilled with this device, tiles shine again, floors are like new, window cleaning is done in no time and even plants shine in splendor. I find the long hose and the long cable great. An automatic cable retraction would be great, the stowage in this small compartment is somewhat difficult, but feasible. The operation is child's play, accessories are enough - and the rest can be bought. A small drawback, I'm 167 cm tall and me the basic assortment of tubes is too short, but I'll buy a short one. When cleaning you need some cleaning cloths, 2 are in the assortment - but you can also take normal towels - which is again practical. The heating time of the device is very fast and mann kan refill at any time. ALSO RAN ANS steaming, just try it out

The advice was very friendly, unobtrusive, competent and questions were answered in detail.
One felt at no time to a purchase neither pushed nor forced.
The price is very high ... because you swallow at the beginning and hesitates of course.
Not everyone has a high income and a fat wallet to spare.
The quality is convincing.
You don't burn your fingers when you change the attachments during operation.
About the longevity, of course, I can not make a statement, because I own it only a good 2 months.
But the quality is convincing and I hope and think that I can use the device for another good 3 decades.
In any case, I would recommend it to others...
And no... my evaluation is not bought or have been bribed.
It is my honest opinion

The new plastering device Vaporstar is a discovery. It facilitates many cleaning jobs!
Without chemistry stubborn dirt spots
solve. The advice was very unobtrusive, which I appreciated.
Versatile usability, to the point of killing weeds. Unfortunately, the device is a bit heavy to carry around.

Yes, the device is not the lightest with approx. 10 kg.
But for this, there is outstanding technology in the device.
In addition, it has in the boiler about 1.5 liters of water and a refill container of over 3 liters!
So you have here a real professional device that is hard to beat in technology and performance.

First the negative:
Stars are missing in the "Advice" field :-).

Mr. Gehlhausen gives excellent advice with a view to the practice in a private household. He takes enough time and during the personal delivery, the device is once again explained exactly in terms of setup and use.

We have decided in favor of the PC Chrom Digital. The device works very well. The cable and hose are sufficiently long, further extension pieces, for example, for floor cleaning or floor-to-ceiling tiles allow even tall people comfortable handling. The other accessories are also generous and sufficiently sized.

The cleaning performance is as advertised. Even stubbornly adhering dirt can be removed easily and without any effort. Cleaning the window panes and especially the frames is easy, everything gets clean and shines again.

The price is definitely in the upper segment; in return, you get a well-designed, well-made device (with minimal maintenance), which makes housework much easier and significantly shortens it with high cleaning performance.

Vapor Star again and again. Our Diavolo we no longer give away. We have never cleaned as easily as with this device. The steam gets everywhere, where we could otherwise only laboriously or not at all clean it is now a breeze. Mr. Gelnhausen has not promised too much. Good day,
At first we were very skeptical about the price and the visit. But when Mr. Gehlhausen was with us and dealt with us very patiently, because I think we had a lot of annoying questions. For this alone many thanks. Even when we did not buy immediately and asked for time to think, Mr. Gehlhausen was very very nice. Of course, this also led to the fact that we ordered the 2000 Bluelight and I must say it was the best decision we have ever made. It facilitates the work immensely.

The advice was very good and in the demonstration all questions regarding the cleaning options were explained excellently.
The cleaning result is super, white tile grout almost like new. My high-gloss kitchen shines again.
The device could be a little lighter, or have additional handles to lift.

As a service provider in the building cleaning trade, we have had many steam cleaners in operation.
But the Vapor-Star devices are unbeatable. The enormous pressure that comes out of the devices is already enormous. We have now 3 Diavolo and 2 8000 in use! Great product! Compliment.
Boss now wants to buy a Model7500.

I have been cleaning everything with my Vapor-Star steam vacuum for many years. The windows become streak-free clean, the tile grout remains as white as on the first day and I am much faster finished with cleaning, because I can wipe and vacuum at the same time with the steam vacuum. The steam cleans hygienically and deep into the pores due to the high temperature. And all this without cleaning agents. Ironing is also a breeze due to the extremely high steam pressure. I am thrilled!
