We felt very well advised by Felix. He was very flexible, always there for us when we had questions and very transparent. He was well prepared and explained everything to us in detail and answered our questions. As we have 2 children. And we didn't have access to childcare, Felix also sent us a video in which he explained everything to us again and allayed our fears. That was really perfect, because the Zoom call was chaotic with 2 children 😅. We would recommend Felix again and again!
