We have been a satisfied customer for several years and are really impressed with the support! Good service costs money, but it helps to keep downtimes to a minimum. - no air-conditioned room (room small, 5 powerful computers), short-term ventilation has not been possible (screen in the way)- training room not suitable.
- No guest WLAN access. Therefore no possibility to transfer settings to own computer.

- Solid-Works-Software 2022 was not equipped with the current service pack.
-> Some functions faulty
-> Some functions (create exploded view) were not possible. It was assumed that it was due to the missing service pack, but this was not the case. Nevertheless, I could not follow the lessons at that time.

- The content and the procedure was primarily read out of the manual.
-> Exchange of personal tips/experiences from a long-time user would certainly also be interesting
-> We started with the individual steps without knowing what the goal was.

- There was a demotivation of the speaker in the room.
-> by a proactive motivation on the part of the instructor, we could have made more use of the available time
-> it made the training a bit "heavy", although the subject is very interesting.
-> For steps that were easy to perform, we had to wait until the lecturer was ready. Since he was busy on the smartphone. This slowed down the workflow.

- a short round of introductions at the beginning would also be recommended

- Tip: Before starting, call up the expectations of the course of the individual participants in order to set priorities accordingly. I think that 4 days are sufficient to address this, if you do not strictly read from the book.

I hope or would be pleased, because you can develop from my criticism for you positive.
