We felt completely comfortable with Mr. Hentschel and were advised especially in things that go beyond the standard. Often one asks oneself as a real estate seeker the question, for what a broker is needed, because usually only the most necessary and less is done by the broker. In the case of Mr. Hentschel we gladly pay the commission and look forward to a good cooperation until the final completion (handover of the key or the property). Thank you very much.
