Mr. Tannebaum's personal advice on all aspects of the property purchase was very efficient and goal-oriented. His commitment and willingness to work even at weekends was particularly outstanding. Mr. Tannebaum was also extremely helpful in scheduling appointments. He was able to arrange a notary appointment within a very short time. His communication style is also excellent: he is always pleasant to deal with, friendly and responsive to his clients' needs. He was a great help to me. I have nothing but good things to say.

The communication was really excellent, open and confidential. We felt that we were in good hands and well advised at all times. Every subsequent step was clearly communicated in advance. In addition, our estate agent was completely dedicated to the project at all times and pursued all possible avenues in a goal-oriented manner. I was very well looked after by Mr. Luis Tannebaum from the first day we worked together on the sale of my property. He was always very competent and goal-oriented in his communication with me and the interested parties. All agreements between us were adhered to and always implemented by Mr. Tannebaum to ensure the success of the project. His dealings with interested parties were always professional and empathetic, so that he always created a positive discussion atmosphere. Mr. Tannebaum was always focused on exploring all possibilities and analyzing opportunities. I always felt very well looked after during our cooperation. I was always personally looked after by Mr. Güthling, he accompanied all viewings and stood by my side with help and advice and a lot of patience. I work in the real estate industry myself and can therefore attest to Mr. Güthling's very good professional competence. He is also very well connected and has a lot of experience. We successfully sold my house during a difficult time with numerous market turbulences (Ukraine war, energy crisis, heating law, interest rate distortions, increases in construction costs, insolvencies). I think that speaks for itself.
