Mr. Krupp explained the advantages and improvements of the upgrade of our insurance policies in an extremely competent and understandable manner. He was able to answer our questions at any time. For the presentation of the information he used a second screen for us so that we could accompany his explanations visually, which was excellent for my wife and me.
