Very varied exercises, both physically and mentally. Friendly atmosphere. Dedicated seminar leader. Good balance between seminar hours and free time. I felt moments of real relaxation.
It was a very pleasant atmosphere and the theory was conveyed in a way that was easy to understand. In addition, you were given very good tools with which you can react to stress in everyday life or eliminate stress factors.
If you are looking for a safe space to connect with yourself and your inner self, this is the place for you. Thomas accompanied us very professionally and emphatically for 5 days. With a lot of valuable experience "in his luggage", which he was also happy to share with us.
The incredibly beautiful and peaceful surroundings on the North Sea made the days complete.

It was a really great seminar, which I can only recommend to everyone. Thomas is a great coach who also takes time for his participants outside of the courses. All around: TOP
A good mix of meditation, physical exercises, sharing and exercise in the snowy countryside.
Delicious food from the host and a nice, lively group rounded off the break. It was very pleasant that the morning session didn't start until 9:30.
Sometimes I would have liked a little more rest during/after individual sessions during the day so that I could better reflect on/process the exercises and experiences.
It was a very enriching week in a top location with Thomas as an extremely pleasant and competent teacher who guided us superbly in meditation. He was also happy to take time for personal discussions outside of the course times and helped me with some difficult topics. Thank you dear Thomas! Highly recommended!
The location of the seminar was perfectly chosen, the meditation instructions very professional, personal and approachable at the same time. A recommendation for anyone who wants to continue to grow inwardly.
