As already mentioned in our review from 01.02.2024, another project was planned and implemented. The fact that this initially simple project, "turn an old bathroom into a smaller, modern guest bathroom", has developed into a major project and subsequently into a masterpiece in planning, logistics and execution, shows once again that you are simply in very good hands with the Weinkopf company. The best solutions from many very good ideas were combined in the planning phase and then optimized in a sensible and practical way during implementation. Weinkopf was able to show that the route to the bathroom (hallway) can and must also be integrated into a concept. The result speaks for itself, and we can only repeat that the team of Mr. Blum and Alex Müller are worth every euro. All impressions gained from the first project could be confirmed by Weinkopf, so that the evaluation of 01.02.2024 must be confirmed 1 to 1, the Weinkopf company is not a flash in the pan, but always demands and promotes its own standards and also strives not to let up here, but to continue to set standards. We can only recommend this company without reservation and would like to take this opportunity to thank them once again for the perfect implementation.

Mr. Neumann-Weinkopf impressed us with his professional expertise right from the start and his personal communication was always friendly and solution-oriented. Small problems were solved unbureaucratically and in the interests of the customer.

Very good advice combined with virtual 3D consultation naturally makes a powerful impression at first. But the truth lies in the reality, and here the Weinkopf company with Mr. Blum and Alex Müller set standards that inevitably lead to 5/5 stars in the most difficult evaluation point "price/performance ratio" after completion of the bathroom. Fresh bread rolls every day, absolute punctuality, construction site equipment including high-quality covering materials, daily tidiness and cleanliness on the construction site, precise execution of work. Daily self-imposed targets were always achieved. Who doesn't know the residual doubts, despite the best advice, as to whether you have made the right decision, whether everything will run smoothly, whether promises will be kept, whether deadlines will be met, whether the price is reasonable, etc.? We also had these concerns, and they were wiped away after 2 days at the latest, and they never came up again until completion.
All in all, the result was that the renovation of the second bathroom will also be carried out by Weinkopf, and the planning is already underway.

After our guest toilet was created by the Weinkopf company about 1.5 years ago, we have also awarded the bathroom renovation of our main bathroom to the Weinkopf company. The planning as well as the execution of the extensive work by Holger Blum (planner) and Alexander Müller (craftsman) with his team were excellent. The schedule was kept, difficulties were solved immediately and we could go to Mr. Blum or Mr. Müller with all questions and comments.

I wanted to pass along another word of praise and express my thanks. After now just under 4 months with our new heat pump.
At the beginning of December was a longer cold spell with sub-zero temperatures with us. My colleague, who also received a new heat pump in September 22 through another company, is now already moaning about the switching on of the heating rod, he had malfunctions that no one could really fix ... well end of story, he now already has a huge electricity back payment.
Thank you for the top advice and exact calculation of the right heat pump for us. Thank you for the support. We did not even have the heater on despite low temperatures. Thank you for the online support (our heating is connected via lan cable online with the company weinkopf) and the permanent check of the heat quantity and the fine adjustments.

The complete renovation of the bathroom on the upper floor as well as the complete installation of a new brine/water heat pump system from alpha innotec including 3x deep drilling and the dismantling of the existing oil heating system was implemented very well within a period of about 7 months.

Three warranty cases (a wall tile and two bathroom furniture) were solved in the best way and to the fullest satisfaction.

The entire heat pump system has now been running flawlessly and completely trouble-free for about a year. Expectations, especially in terms of COP and heat output, have been met in full.
