We can recommend Win Silvester without reservation. With his presentation and his manner, he had a very positive effect on the employees and provided impulses that went beyond the familiar. Win Silvester sensitized us to new ways of thinking and aspects of New Work in a calm and very refreshing way. The topics were presented very clearly and backed up with examples so that everyone could understand the individual points. Very good, thank you very much!

Win does a great job. He imparts his knowledge in an understandable way and takes enough time for every customer and every question. His pleasant, calm and authentic manner makes him an incredibly good speaker and trainer who is a pleasure to listen to and follow.
He has incredible knowledge and passes it on with passion and fun. Thank you for the great training, dear Win. I still benefit from it today in my job as a personal trainer!

Win can explain the things he teaches very well and clearly. He always had an answer to my 100,000 questions, even when I once again said "Yes, but...". He was not rigid in his opinion, but was also open to new points of view and shed light on them.

In addition to the training, Win gave me great advice on all aspects of setting up a studio. He played a major role in helping me to position myself in the market.

As I already know him from various Ayurveda training courses as a lecturer, I am aware of his high level of expertise in Ayurveda alone. The connections he makes between Ayurveda, which is undogmatic anyway, conventional medicine and supplements from various fields are in keeping with the times, are above all suitable for everyday use and highly effective. He lives this and you can clearly feel it. Absolutely recommendable!
