We were able to enjoy highly motivated, competent dance coaches who really managed to get all the children involved and enthusiastic. I am more than satisfied and so is the school staff!
Unfortunately, I had to deduct one star from the methodology, as some colleagues commented that they didn't dance enough on the first day and that the choreography included too many freestyle elements. However, I think this is a matter of taste, as many said that they liked the fact that the children were able to contribute creatively. In addition, some colleagues from the smaller classes commented that the steps were practiced too quickly on the first few days and that the children seemed overwhelmed.
However, I have to say that this was not the case at all in my second class! From the very first dance lesson, Emilia pushed through with us and got us moving. I was totally satisfied every day and have nothing to complain about. The children started dancing our dance by themselves every time I turned on the song in class afterwards. There is no better sign than that!
