The information we received from them was very positive for us. I received many addresses and was very happy with them. However, I left out Berlin addresses as we wanted to be near our children in Bernau and received an application and a viewing appointment. Most facilities only offer full care or severely disabled care. But of course we have to accept a waiting time because the facilities are full. But despite this, we received good help.
Mainly care facilities, although I asked for residential, only one facility shows prices.
The automatic response is of little to no help. Shouldn't have been so quick, the announcement sounded like more, wrong impression! Pure addresses are easier to find.

The explanations are an essential help for me, as a caregiver of a woman with dementia. As well as the addresses of possible nursing homes, even if there are only waiting lists.
Even the first meeting was very informative and constructive. The house radiates peace as well as harmony.
The entire facility is flooded with light and clean, by the way, the visit was not registered.
