Your MA, Mr. Thees, took care of everything and supported us very much. We are moving from Hamburg to Halberstadt and could not always be on site immediately. Mr. Thees was always on hand here and organized and implemented everything perfectly. The property in Kulkstraße is a great property and everything fits. With wgh, all you have to do is live - >That's a very true saying that Mr. Thees uttered there.

An all-round carefree package! From the first contact and various apartment visits, to renting including apartment handover, to small defects, which were quickly remedied by the friendly and clean working craftsmen.
Particularly noteworthy is Mrs. Hartmann, which is with friendliness, competence and customer-oriented commitment for the WGH on the road. I say thank you and keep it up.

My consultant, Ms. Hartmann, was no longer able to offer me my desired apartment, but immediately offered me an apartment that had recently become available. This also corresponded absolutely to my wishes. Many thanks again for that. She also made it possible for me to take measurements in the meantime. With the support of Mrs. Liesenberg we quickly found a beautiful apartment, which is located as desired on the top floor, offers a passenger elevator and is located directly in the city center, as a crowning glory there is the "cathedral view" :)
The decision to change the landlord and become a member of the WGH was definitely the right one!

I have rented an apartment for my grandparents through WGH. They live 400km away. Through the tailored advice (also on the attention to the wishes and with powers of attorney) I was able to find an ideal apartment. Ms. Hartmann (WGH) was able to answer all questions and through the absolutely problem-free and efficient, as well as high-quality processing by you, my grandparents can look forward to a (moreover, still senior-friendly) retirement residence near me! WGH also proves to be a suitable alternative to the quite expensive assisted living or retirement home. I am absolutely satisfied!

In Mrs. Liesenberg we found a very patient but also resolute woman with a lot of understanding and helpfulness. She stood by us during the move with very good advice and tips and always had time for us.
All other employees, which we claimed by the new apartment were also very helpful and endeavored to solve the problems as fast as possible to our satisfaction. many thanks at this point.
Our new apartment is the best advertisement for WGH ;)

The employee in charge Mr. Thees was eager, committed and always friendly! We hope that it remains so when we have moved into our apartment! Since the apartment has been empty for some time, we would be happy if we were given the keys sooner. Unfortunately, 2 weeks before are a bit tight...and as I said, the apartment is empty anyway!
